Overview

In this role, you will support global finance process optimization and standardization within the Global Finance Innovation COE, helping to close resource gaps and participate in large-scale projects like S4 Hana and Central Finance. You will champion standardized onboarding, define optimal finance structures, and drive automation and new ways of working. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable process improvements and dashboards that enable better decision making.

Responsabilidades

- Participate in integral projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance)
- Optimize and standardize global finance processes
- Support finance resource gaps
- Act as finance subject matter expert when needed
- Develop and implement process metrics
- Design and implement dashboards




- Lead/participate in execution of new technologies and ways of working
- Drive process and organization change
- Present progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders
- Ensure delivery of committed goals for finance innovation projects

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT / Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of IT, project team and BPI experience
- Advanced English
- Expertise in Finance processes, data analytics, AI, coding, and Power BI development
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office, Power Pivot, Power BI, Oracle/SAP)
- Technical and business thinking
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service, time management and organizational skills
