Overview

In this role you will build robust, scalable software end-to-end, from backend services to rich frontend interfaces. You will work within an AI-driven, Spec-Driven Development environment and collaborate with a cross-functional team to accelerate delivery. You will explore and apply generative AI tools to optimize workflows and integrate AI contexts with microservices architectures. This position emphasizes high-quality code, secure and maintainable design, and cloud deployment across major platforms. A strong focus on collaboration, agility, and impact within a diverse team will shape the product and its user experience.

Responsabilidades

- AI and agent integration: research and implement modern AI frameworks and connect LLMs with the system
- Advanced architecture and AI: develop microservices-based, hexagonal architectures with vector databases
- Spec-driven API design:



build and consume REST APIs with Spec-Driven Development and automatable contracts
- Modern frontend ecosystem: manage complex client-side state with React-related tools and TypeScript
- Quality, security, and clean code: apply SOLID, testing strategies, and secure AI integration patterns
- Cloud deployment and infrastructure: deploy and optimize solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP or similar

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) and React
- fluent communication skills and agile mindset
- experience with AI tools/frameworks and integrating AI into workflows
- ability to design and implement REST APIs and microservices
- familiarity with CI/CD practices
- experience with frontend state management libraries (React Redux, Pinia, Zustand) and TypeScript
