In this regional role, you will drive TPM and Operational Excellence across a multi-site health u0026amp; medical manufacturing network. You’ll coach site leaders, work with cross-functional teams, and act as a hands-on change agent to accelerate TPM maturity and world-class manufacturing standards. Expect extensive travel and close collaboration with regional operations directors to deliver measurable performance improvements.

You’ll blend on-the-floor coaching with digital manufacturing initiatives to enhance visibility and decision making. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape a global supply chain that improves wellbeing and outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead TPM and Manufacturing Excellence deployment across multiple sites, aligning with business priorities
- Coordinate TPM priorities with Regional Operations Directors and Functional Leaders
- Support TPM maturity assessments, audits, and certification milestones with coaching and guidance
- Identify gaps, perform root cause analysis, and strengthen standard work on the shop floor
- Drive measurable improvements in OEE, productivity, reliability, and cost reduction through TPM
- Conduct implementation health checks, track progress, and define corrective actions




- Facilitate sharing and standardization of best practices across the network
- Contribute to digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives within the TPM roadmap
- Support integration of digital tools to enhance visibility, performance management, and decision making

Responsabilidades

- University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production, or Supply Chain
- Strong experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations, ideally multi-site
- Hands-on TPM implementation experience with knowledge of pillars, governance, and sustainability
- Desirable: TPM maturity milestones and JIPM certification experience
- Proven ability xugodme to drive operational improvements via structured problem solving and CI methodologies
- Strong leadership, influencing, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching
- Ability to work across cultures and build credibility with senior leaders and shop floors
- Fluent English mandatory; Spanish is highly desirable; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in designing/deploying digital manufacturing or CI roadmaps
