In this role, you guide organizational transformation within Zurich’s Technology Delivery Center by identifying needs, shaping practical solutions, and leading small initiatives from idea to delivery. You’ll work across discovery, experimentation, and implementation to improve internal processes and drive measurable value. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, apply AI-enabled tools in a Microsoft 365 context, and help stakeholders adopt meaningful changes. This is an opportunity to influence how we work at scale in a global, tech-driven insurer.

Responsabilidades

- Identify and clarify business needs via stakeholders, observations, workshops, and lightweight discovery
- Shape clear requirements, opportunity statements, processes, and success metrics from ambiguous problems
- Support design, testing, and refinement of solutions through structured experimentation
- Lead smaller projects or workstreams from inception to delivery, with planning, coordination, and risk management
- Drive internal process improvements to reduce friction and increase effectiveness
- Utilize Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot for lightweight development and automation within Microsoft 365
- Develop and maintain lightweight tools/automations across Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Define and monitor KPIs and adoption measures to assess value delivery




- Support change adoption through communication, guidance, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Work within Zurich standards, ensuring governance, security, privacy, and compliance
- Collaborate with experts across technology domains
- Enhance skills through real-world experience

Requisitos principales

- Experience combining business analysis, transformation support, process improvement, project coordination, or delivery management
- Ability to move between discovery, analysis, experimentation, implementation, and follow-through
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication across functions and levels
- Practical experience in defining requirements, documenting processes, and supporting solution design
- Confidence in leading smaller projects or workstreams with scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk tracking
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (collaboration, documentation, workflow, productivity)
- Hands-on interest in or experience with AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot) for lightweight development or automation
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and outcome evaluation
- Practical, improvement-oriented approach focused on usability and business value
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated environment is helpful but not essential
