At IESE Business School, we are looking to incorporate an Associate Director for the National Executive Programs area in Madrid, a key role within one of the most internationally recognized business schools.

This is a high-impact role that combines business development, senior stakeholder relationship management, and executive program operations, within one of the world's leading business schools.
Role purpose
The Associate Director will be responsible for driving the growth of National Executive Education Programs, building and nurturing long-term relationships with senior executives, corporate clients, and alumni, from first contact through admission and beyond.
The role blends a strong commercial focus with full responsibility for the participant journey and program delivery experience.
Key responsibilities
Business development & corporate relations
- Design and execution of the marketing and business development plan
- Meetings and presentations to senior executives and HR stakeholders in leading companies
- Development of new business opportunities and long-term corporate relationships
- Ongoing engagement with corporate clients and alumni networks
Candidate lifecycle management
- Management of the full admissions process from enquiry to final admission
- Continuous communication and follow-up with candidates and corporate contacts
- Driving conversion and ensuring cohort occupancy targets are met
Events & representation
- Design, organization, and delivery of promotional events and activities
- Public presentations and representation of the programs to senior audiences
- Strong emphasis on communication, storytelling, and executive presence
Program management
- Supervision of operational staff supporting program delivery on campus
- Coordination of logistics (classrooms, materials, schedules, participant experience)
- Ensuring a high-quality hospitality and overall participant journey
Collaboration & development
- Contribution to program design together with academic and program leadership teams
- Market benchmarking and trend analysis to support program evolution
- Participation in transversal projects within the department
Candidate profile
- Academic background: IESE graduate strongly preferred (MBA or Executive Education)
- Strong experience in business development, sales, or senior client-facing roles

- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments
- High proficiency in CRM systems, databases, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools
- English level: C2 proficiency required
- Availability to travel for business development activities
- Availability to work some Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings
- Highly relational, autonomous, and commercially driven profile
