As a Principal Technical Product Engineer in the Cortex group, you will lead as a senior technical practitioner and trusted advisor, shaping Cortex strategy and driving cross-functional collaboration. You translate complex customer and business needs into product direction, mentor engineers, and influence the roadmap for cloud-native security operations. You will work with executives and teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services to deliver scalable, secure Cortex solutions.

This role offers high-impact work at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud platforms, with a strong emphasis on leadership and enablement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Define technical strategy for cross-functional initiatives with PM, Engineering, Sales, and customers
- Act as primary technical voice to executive leadership on Cortex architecture, deployment, and security strategy
- Influence product strategy and roadmap by translating customer problems into clear requirements
- Provide technical leadership across Cortex with expertise in XSIAM, XDR, XSOAR, CNAPP, AI Security, and related areas




- Drive cross-functional alignment to solve high-visibility challenges without formal authority
- Scale knowledge through reusable architectures, playbooks, and enablement for field and partners
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards across the organization
- Monitor market and competitive intelligence to inform leadership and product decisions

- Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing multiple enterprise customers
- Strong executive presence and ability to advise practitioners to C-level audiences

- Excellent written and verbal communication and executive-level presentation skills
