STRIDE Europe is growing fast in Spain — and we're looking for an Account Manager to help us take the next step.

We build complete gyms and performance spaces , from the first idea to the final installation.

Flooring, strength equipment, functional training zones, lighting, mirrors, branding, custom interiors — we bring everything together under one roof.

Our projects run from boutique studios and private home gyms to large clubs and professional sports facilities — including FC Barcelona and the private gym of Lamine Yamal .

To further develop the Spanish market, we're looking for someone who is commercially driven, energetic and comfortable building long-term relationships with gym owners, fitness chains, sports clubs, hotels, physiotherapy centers and other professional clients.

As Account Manager Spain, you will be responsible for developing STRIDE's presence throughout the Spanish market.

Developing new business opportunities and generating your own sales pipeline

Understanding the client's concept, space, budget and ambitions

Creating your own 3D gym designs and layouts using STRIDE's company design software

Translating the client's needs into a complete gym concept, including equipment, flooring, functional zones and overall layout

Preparing and presenting commercial proposals

Negotiating and closing projects

Following projects from the first conversation through to delivery and installation

Representing STRIDE at events, trade fairs, openings and networking opportunities

Actively identifying new opportunities and partnerships in the Spanish fitness market

At STRIDE, an Account Manager does more than sell products. You develop the commercial relationship, design the gym concept and guide the client through the complete project.





We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with the ability to build genuine relationships and translate a client's ideas into a practical gym concept.

Native-level Spanish

Strong professional English

Commercially minded and comfortable with sales

Comfortable learning and working with 3D design software

Previous sales or account management experience

Experience in B2B or project-based sales

Experience working with SketchUp

Experience within fitness, sports, hospitality, construction, interior design or another project-driven industry

Previous sales experience is definitely an advantage, but we also value commercial drive, ownership and the ability to build strong client relationships .

Being located in or around Madrid is considered an advantage , because of its central location and commercial opportunities, but it is not a requirement .
