As Senior HRBP at Fever, you will partner with senior leaders to shape team culture, boost performance, and strengthen engagement in a fast-growing, international environment. You will own key people processes and serve as a trusted advisor to managers, ensuring alignment between business needs and People initiatives. You’ll drive performance management, engagement strategies, and leadership development to support scalable growth.

This is a strategic, high-impact role in Fever’s dynamic People team with a clear focus on culture, data-driven decisions, and stakeholder partnership.

- Lead full-cycle performance reviews (semi-annual) with calibration and impact.
- Translate feedback into development plans and track progress using data-driven insights.
- Design and lead engagement initiatives to reinforce Fever’s culture and surface trends for actionable improvements.




- Act as strategic advisor to senior managers on leadership, team structure, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure alignment between People processes and business needs, acting as a connector to scale teams.

Responsabilidades

- 7+ years in HRBP or senior People role, preferably in scaleups, tech, or high-performance teams.
- Fluency in English (C1+).
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical, data-first decision-making mindset.
- Proven experience influencing senior leadership and managing high-stakes situations. xugodme
