As Product Manager for our Non-Key Partner teams, you will shape fulfillment and in-store operations across Glovo and DH brands. You own end-to-end initiatives from discovery to rollout, coordinating with engineering, design, and regional stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. You translate research into actionable specs and phased rollouts, balancing new work with platform improvements.

This role offers impact at scale, enabling partners to pick, prepare, and fulfill orders efficiently across multiple markets.

- Own initiative delivery end-to-end, guiding initiatives from discovery or development to shipped and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with other PMs on jointly owned initiatives and align with cross-functional teams.
- Convert discovery outputs into clear specs, prioritized backlogs, and phased rollout plans for scalable execution.




- Manage a squad's roadmap in partnership with Engineering Manager, balancing new development with platform rollouts and deduplication work.
- Guard quality and progress by defining success metrics, tracking milestones, and communicating risks and blockers to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

- Proven track record as a Product Manager handling multiple concurrent initiatives at different maturity stages, execution-focused.
- Ability to advance initiatives already in flight with minimal handoff friction.
- Experience translating operational and user needs into engineering-ready product requirements.
- Strong communication skills to align regional and platform stakeholders on priorities and rollout sequencing.
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of moving initiatives from discovery to shipped without heavy oversight. xugodme
- Nice to have: App development experience, especially for partner-facing and in-store mobile experiences.
