Experteer Overview In this role you manage the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of a business unit and lead cross-functional projects that align with the unit’s strategy. You will prepare key reports and presentations, coordinate events, and govern core processes while owning financial planning, cost control and reporting for the unit. You’ll work with multiple teams to drive strategic initiatives, analyze performance data, and ensure efficient use of resources. This position offers an opportunity to shape business outcomes within a leading wealth management firm and to contribute to cross-functional transformation.
Compensaciones / Incentivos -
Manage day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of a business unit
Lead, coordinate and/or support strategic initiatives and projects across teams and functions
Prepare presentations, concepts and white papers for internal and external audiences
Plan and execute internal events and meetings (offsites, town halls)




Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses as a basis for projects and performance reviews
Plan financial budgets, control costs, and report on the business unit, team and projects
Own and govern business unit specific processes
