Overview In this role you deliver on-site commissioning and technical support for Schneider Electric’s low-voltage power distribution solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, optimize system performance, and train customers on equipment operation. The position emphasizes field troubleshooting, safety, and hands-on problem solving on LV switchgear and related devices. You will contribute to complex projects and help sustain reliable, safe energy distribution for customers. or operational issues * Collaborate with other Schneider Electric service engineers or partners during site interventions * Document test results and generate site work reports * Train customers on basic operation of equipment * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for LV products Requisitos principales * Thorough understanding of electrical principles for low voltage * Fundamentals knowledge of automation, protection relays and auto transfer switches * Ability to work with general direction and follow safety policies * Strong reading, analysis, and reporting skills * Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions from technical instructions * Ability to multitask and travel internationally up to 70% * Electrotechnical education; 5+ years’ commissioning/field service experience; LV power distribution products experience * Ability to work independently; hands-on mechanical and electrical skills * Fluent English (B2+); strong MS Office, AutoCAD, Acrobat, and Power system CX software literacy * Flexibility * Reliability * Customer focus * Low-voltage power distribution knowledge * Automation and protection relays and ATS understanding * On-site measurement and diagnostic skills
