Role Mission
The Finance Manager Iberia is responsible for the financial operations of Spain and Portugal end-to-end: owning the monthly close and ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial reporting, leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning (FP&A;), improving financial processes and acting as a trusted business partner to the business teams.
Key responsibilities




Own the monthly accounting close process for Spain and Portugal end-to-end, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the reporting process.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc financial reporting packages for Group consolidation.
Build and maintain KPI and performance dashboards (profitability, margins, unit economics) for local leadership and business stakeholders.
Provide profitability analysis by client, campaign and service line, and support business cases and scenario planning for strategic initiatives.
Lead the annual budgeting process and run forecasting cycles in line with the Group planning calendar.
Support the preparation of local GAAP financial statements, and manage relationships with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with local fiscal, accounting and regulatory requirements, including VAT and other local tax obligations.
Implement and maintain financial controls and improve processes, looking for automation efficiencies.
