Are you an experienced HVAC and plumbing specialist looking for a long-term position in Mallorca? A climate control installation company based in Palma is seeking three qualified technicians to strengthen their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role, you will take on key technical duties across residential and commercial climate control projects:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning units, heating systems, and heat pumps
- Assembling piping, ductwork, and ventilation systems
- Commissioning new climate installations and carrying out thorough quality checks
- Diagnosing technical issues, detecting faults, and executing reliable repairs
- Ensuring all work complies strictly with current safety regulations and quality standards

What you bring to the team:




- At least 24 months of verified professional experience in HVAC and plumbing installation
- A valid category B driving licence
- Relevant technical training, with higher vocational qualifications (Grado Superior) in climate installation and maintenance strongly valued
- A reliable, safety-conscious, and solution-oriented approach to hands-on work

What is offered:
- Permanent employment contract (contrato fijo)
- Full-time schedule working Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00
- Extra payments included as part of your employment terms
