The Role
- Manage the sales cycle from the demonstration to the closing.
- Engage in high-level negotiations with C-Level Executives.
- Cultivate and leverage powerful business relationships with influential prospects.
- Innovate and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed targets.
- Use creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process effectively.
- Collaborate daily with diverse internal teams, including SDR's, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership teams.
- Drive the DACH Markets expansion for Factorial by understanding the landscape, developing new strategies, and establishing Factorial as the leading solution.

Your Profile
- Multilingual Mastery: Native in German and fluent in English.
- Valued Experience: At least two years of experience on a sales position ideally in SaaS high-growth environment.
- Tech Enthusiast: A natural passion for digital innovation and tech-savviness + Experience with MEDDPICC is a big plus
- Strategic Visionary: Experience in stakeholder management, forecasting,



pipeline management, and critical communication skills are essential.
- Soft Skills Superstar: Detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow within our exciting team.
