Experteer Overview
In this role you own and drive the financial planning, controlling, and performance governance for the Transformation area. You provide forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis to support decision-making and ensure timely, accurate reporting to executives and governance bodies. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align transformation roadmaps with corporate objectives and value delivery. This is an opportunity to influence large-scale change within a growing, sustainability-focused airline.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Own the financial planning and controlling framework for Transformation, including forecasting, budgeting and performance monitoring
- Lead monthly close for transformation initiatives and reflect impacts in Pu0026L
- Coordinate forecasting cycles and consolidate risks and opportunities into outlooks
- Manage the annual Transformation Business Plan aligning roadmaps with corporate objectives
- Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting packs for senior leadership and governance forums
- Monitor value delivery,



tracking savings and financial performance against targets
- Identify and quantify financial risks and opportunities with mitigation actions
- Ensure consistency of financial information for Finance, Management Committee, CFO and IAG governance
- Support decision-making through scenario analysis, business case evaluation and financial modelling

Responsabilidades
- Solid FPu0026A, Financial Controlling and Pu0026L management experience
- Minimum 5 years in FPu0026A, Financial Controlling or related finance functions
- Experience leading monthly close, forecasting cycles and Business Plan preparation
- Strong knowledge of FPu0026A processes, budgeting, modelling and performance reporting
- Experience supporting transformation programmes or cross-functional initiatives is advantageous
