Position Summary
Do you enjoy designing data-driven solutions that improve operational performance at scale? Join FedEx Integral Trade Services (GTS) as an Industrial Engineer and help build the data, reporting, workforce management, and governance capabilities that will support the future of Clearance operations across Europe.
In this role, you will work across Operations, Technology, Data & AI, and Compliance teams to develop scalable reporting solutions, support enterprise data ingestion processes, improve data quality, enable AI governance frameworks, and deliver operational insights through Power BI and related technologies.
You will play a key role in building the foundations that enable intelligent decision‑making, workforce management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable operational growth.
