HRBP Intern (m/f/d)
About the Job
As HRBP Intern, you will support the Human Resources Business Partner team in delivering strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives. This role offers hands-on experience in partnering with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
What you do
- Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR activities, including employee inquiries, data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives focused on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement
- Help manage employee relations issues by conducting research and providing solutions in alignment with company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Participate in performance management processes and talent review sessions.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
- Willing to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Passion for people, learning & development.
- Availability to do a 6 month internship from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
