Master Figma: reusable components, variants, auto-layout,



responsive design, and interactive prototypes.
Build and maintain a scalable, well-documented design system.
Detect inconsistencies between design and other departments and collaborate to resolve them.
Present and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
Promote best practices and improve product and design team workflows.
3 years of experience designing digital products in SaaS, B2B, or other complex platform environments.
~ Ability to adapt to different product lifecycle stages—from MVP to mature iterations.
~ Strong English skills to collaborate with international teams and conduct user interviews.

Bonus Qualities
~ Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS to better communicate with engineers.
