Join Axpo Iberia and help shape user-centered products that power the energy transition. We're looking for a curious, hands-on designer to lead impactful design work from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent and impactful user experiences
- Conduct user research and draw on user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings to uncover real user needs
- Use these insights to guide design decisions across the product
- Create user flows, mockups, prototypes, and detailed specifications that turn abstract concepts into simple, elegant interfaces
- Communicate design solutions clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Translate abstract concepts into simple, elegant design solutions, balancing user insights, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Contribute to evolving our design system, strengthening guidelines, patterns, and best practices across all products

What you bring & who you are:
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience,



with 3+ years designing for complex products or commercial apps
- A college degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience tackling complex design problems and driving design work end-to-end, from discovery through delivery
- Strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, self-directed way of working
- A portfolio of work with examples of creative problem solving and clear thinking, especially within complex ecosystems
- Bonus: Experience designing for energy markets, trading systems, and/or building complex prototypes
