What You'll Do




We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Vantage team within BCGs People & Organization (POP) Practice, with a strong focus on Organization Design & Operating Model. In this role, youll be a trusted sparring partner to case and proposal teamsdelivering analyses, providing Org Design expertise, and supporting training across topics such as operating model design, functional org structures, benchmarking, and implementation.

Youll work closely with consulting teams and clients to tackle structural challenges and drive more effective, collaborative ways of working. Youll actively shape the topic through development of new frameworks, tools, and knowledge assets, and contribute to commercialization via marketing, publications, and events. Over time, youll grow into a true expert in Org Design, supporting IP development and capability building across the team. Youll also help onboard and mentor junior colleagues while sharing best practices to strengthen our global topic presenc
