About the role
The Data & Analytics Platforms Team (DAP) develops and runs central platforms and data products, which enable the Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) to generate value from data & analytics at scale. The major offering is the Allianz Data Platform (ADP) - a PaaS offering -, which comprises necessary capabilities to store, transfer and analyse data, as well as running data & analytics products.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of projects across the Allianz Data Platform and the wider DAP portfolio, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, translating complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables that engineering teams can act on. The role sits at the crossroads of business, technology, and data, which means the governance you put in place,



from risk and dependency management through to status reporting and escalation, shapes how thousands of colleagues across Allianz Group turn data into decisions.
To get there, you will facilitate agile ceremonies and cross-team coordination across geographically distributed teams, and work alongside Senior Engineers, Principal Engineers, and Platform Architects to keep delivery aligned with DAP's three-year architecture and delivery roadmap.What we value most is your ability to bring structure to ambiguity, engage credibly with engineers on technical trade-offs, navigate stakeholders, product owners, and vendors, and coach the project managers coming up behind you.
