Summary
As a Google Ads High Value Account Strategist, you will partner directly with high-revenue UK and Irish (UKI) business clients in key growth sectors such as retail and travel. Working in a consultative and goal-oriented environment, you will deliver advanced, tailored digital advertising strategies, grow client return on investment (ROI), and scale high-spend accounts across the UKI market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with key decision-makers at high-value businesses, particularly in retail, travel, and other high-revenue industries, to optimize their complex Google Ads campaigns and long-term marketing strategies.
- Offer high-level, consultative guidance on advanced Google Ads solutions, including Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and multi-channel attribution.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities,



deliver customized insights, and maximize client ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic accounts, focusing on value-driven consultations rather than short-term fixes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions to ensure client business objectives are met and continuously scaled over time.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field and/or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates expertise in the field.
- C2 level of English (both written and spoken).
- 1-2 years in sales or online advertising.
- Extensive experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and Google Ads (preferably in retail, travel, or larger business sectors).
- Deep understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and tools, particularly in digital advertising and Google Ads.
