Eurovision Services is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Intern to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
As a Billing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in billing processes, invoicing, and financial record-keeping within a media services company.
You will work closely with the billing and finance teams to support daily billing operations, assist in processing invoices, and help with collections tasks, all while learning the ins and outs of the industry.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
Support Billing Process:
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and sending invoices to clients based on service agreements and contracts.
- Verify accuracy of billing data, including rates, quantities, and contract terms.
- Help with data entry tasks in the billing system, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

Assist in Collections:
- Assist with follow-up on overdue invoices and assist in managing communications with clients regarding outstanding payments.




- Help maintain accurate records of all collection activities and assist in preparing aged receivables reports.

Documentation & Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized files for all billing documentation, including invoices, receipts, payment schedules, and correspondence.
- Assist with maintaining and updating client accounts and billing records in the accounting system.

Billing Data Analysis:
- Support the team by compiling and analysing billing data for reporting purposes.
- Assist in reviewing billing discrepancies and helping resolve minor issues as needed.

Client Communication:
- Assist in responding to client inquiries regarding billing issues or discrepancies.
- Provide timely support to clients regarding billing-related questions, under the guidance of senior team members.

Assist in Process Improvements:
- Help identify areas for process improvements within the billing workflow.
- Assist in researching tools or methods for improving efficiency and accuracy in the billin
