Facilities Intern (m/f/d)
About the Job
The selected candidate will provide general support to the Facilities team in the day-to-day activities related to office management and employee experience. This role will have a primarily operational and support-focused scope, assisting with monitoring, coordination, and workplace management activities, without direct responsibility for vendor or contract management.

What you do
- Conduct daily inspections of the office facilities to ensure that common areas, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry areas, and other service spaces are maintained in good condition.
- Identify and report facility-related issues to the Facilities Operations team to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Reception service when required.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of spaces for meetings, corporate events, visits, and internal activities.
- Support access management processes, including badges, visitor registrations, and documentation related to external visitors and contractors.




- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and improving the workplace environment.
- Provide administrative support and assist in the follow-up of Facilities department activities. Collaborate on specific Facilities projects and initiatives as required.

What you bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and AI.
- Fluent Spanish and good level of English.
- Team-oriented mindset with a customer service focus.
