Role Description As DPA & CSO, you will be the Company's focal point for maritime safety, regulatory compliance, and security management. Reporting directly to senior management, you will ensure that our vessel operates in full compliance with international maritime regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.




You will play a strategic role in supporting vessel operations, managing safety and security risks, coordinating audits and inspections, and ensuring effective communication between ship and shore. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the direct link between vessel personnel and senior management.
- Monitor the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Company's Safety Management System (SMS).
- Ensure compliance with the ISM Code and applicable maritime regulations.
- Coordinate internal audits, inspections, corrective actions, and management reviews.
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive measures.
- Ensure adequate shore-based resources and support are available for safe vessel operations.
