In this role, you will define and lead the Field Marketing strategy for EMEA South, aligning with GTM leadership to drive pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement. You’ll translate business priorities into localized marketing plans across diverse markets, balancing near-term results with long-term growth. You’ll lead a strong team, shaping regional programs, events, and demand generation to maximize impact. Your leadership will connect regional insights with global strategy under a mission to accelerate growth in a complex, multi-market region.

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior Sales and cross-functional leadership
• Translate company-wide priorities into locally relevant market strategies
• Use pipeline, revenue, and market insights to identify opportunities and diagnose gaps




• Set clear organizational priorities balancing near-term pipeline with long-term growth
• Lead investment and resource allocation across multiple countries and programs
• Build an integrated regional marketing plan covering field programs, campaigns, events, demand generation, and ABM
• Collaborate with global and regional Marketing teams to leverage scaled programs with localization
• Define measures of success and drive accountability for pipeline and revenue
• Develop and inspire a high-performing team and empower leaders
• Represent EMEA South in the global Field Marketing organization to inform strategy and investment decisions

Responsabilidades
