We are looking for a Country Project Coordinator to join our team and work closely with the Country Manager, supporting them in managing the organization’s key strategic initiatives and projects.
The successful candidate will act as a cross-functional point of reference between the Country Manager, management and the different business functions, helping translate strategic priorities and directions into concrete actions, monitoring their progress and ensuring an effective flow of information.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?




- Support the Country Manager in the management and coordination of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring effective monitoring, progress and alignment with priorities.
- Act as a filter and liaison between the Country Manager, management and different business functions, collecting and organizing information from multiple stakeholders.
- Analyze information, data and updates from senior management and first-line teams, identifying the most relevant elements and providing the Country Manager with clear, concise and decision-oriented summaries.
- Prepare executive summaries, presentations, reports and documentation to support the Country Manager’s activities and management meetings.
- Coordinate activities and follow-ups across different stakeholders, monitoring deadlines, responsibilities and the progress of key initiatives.
