Firmament Sports delivers official football camps and experiences in partnership with leading clubs such as FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid and Inter Milan. Our programmes give young players the opportunity to train under each club’s methodology while enjoying a high-quality international football experience.

We are looking for a Sales Executive with a passion for sport to join our growing sales team.
You will be responsible for managing leads interested in our football Experiences and Summer Camps, guiding them from their first enquiry through to enrolment.

Key responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads interested in our football Experiences and Summer Camps.
- Present our programmes, answer questions and understand the needs of each family or participant.
- Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
- Communicate with leads by phone, email and other channels.
- Keep customer and sales information up to date in our CRM.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.

What we are looking for
- Fluent Spanish and English,



both spoken and written.
- German or other languages will be highly valued.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or commercial roles.
- Previous experience using HubSpot or other CRM platforms will be highly valued.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
- A proactive, organised and results-oriented person who can manage multiple leads effectively.
- An interest in sport and an affinity with football.

What we offer
- Permanent, full-time contract.
- Fixed salary plus sales commission.
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, including a meal break, and Fridays from 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
