Hanbai.io is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Costa del Sol to build and lead the real estate operation from the ground up. As the first senior hire in the region, you will shape the market, select the first office location, build the property portfolio, win listings, manage buyers and negotiations, and drive initial sales.
Over time, you will recruit local staff and evolve into a General Manager, owning the regional P&L; and growth strategy within an established group.
