You will identify, approach, and close deals with top-tier brands and companies at a national level, building strong personal relationships from the very first conversation. This role is perfect for a hunter profile — someone who thrives on prospecting, is energized by closing, and knows how to open doors with senior stakeholders.
Identify and prospect top-tier companies and brands across Spain that are the right fit for Glovo's platform.
Build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals.
Develop strong personal relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level, commercial directors etc) from the first touchpoint.
Lead end-to-end sales processes: from initial outreach and pitch to negotiation, contract signing and final activation.
Craft compelling,



tailored value propositions that resonate with each partner's business goals and priorities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to structure deals and ensure a smooth onboarding for new partners.
At least 3years of experience in B2B business development, new business sales, or enterprise sales — closing new partners or clients is your thing.
Strong hunter mentality: you are proactive, persistent, and motivated by bringing in new business.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in person and in writing.
Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking (Salesforce or similar) and data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets).
