What you will be doingSupport the Head of Finance M&A; in driving the One Ricoh Finance agenda, leading the financial integration of acquisitions and the alignment of new and existing businesses with Ricoh's finance operating model.The role is responsible for standardising financial processes, embedding governance and reporting frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision-making that supports scalable growth and value creation. Acting as the right hand to the Head of Finance M&A;, you will bridge strategy, finance, and operations to successfully deliver integration objectives across the acquisition lifecycle.Finance Integration & GovernanceSupport the integration of acquired companies into Ricoh’s finance model,



including Finance, Administration, and Procurement.Ensure adherence to Ricoh Europe Finance Manual, Delegation of Authority, and internal policies.Act as liaison between NewCos, OpCos, and Ricoh Business Services.Business Partnering: Financial Data, Taxonomy & Reporting OS Business.
