Serioplast , a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is Looking for a Technical Manager for its plants in Leioa, Spain Are you a Technical Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment? Lead, coordinate, and support the Technical Team by managing priorities, removing bottlenecks, and resolving critical issues to maximize production efficiency
Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, molds, and utilities, minimizing production disruptions and maximizing equipment uptime
Collaborate with Production and Quality to resolve major technical and quality issues
Ensure availability of critical spare parts, monitor consumption trends, and optimize inventory replenishment
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
Proven experience as Technical Manager in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems




Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, and/or Injection Molding)
Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts
Fluency in English (required)
