We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the eCommerce and Retail Media strategy for a portfolio of brands within one of the world's leading FMCG companies.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the FMCG ecosystem from the client side and has a strong background in digital commerce, content optimisation, retail media activation, and performance analytics. Experience within an agency environment is highly desirable, as this position requires balancing strategic consultancy with flawless execution across multiple stakeholders.
You will act as a trusted advisor to the client, helping shape their eCommerce growth strategy while ensuring best-in-class execution across retailer platforms and marketplaces.




Develop and own eCommerce retail media managementa across a portfolio of brands
Build the ecommerce basics across all portfolio brands
Identify opportunities to accelerate online sales, improve digital shelf performance, and enhance brand visibility through optimized content, campaigns, etc.
Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, retailer developments, competitors performance and our clients' own performance.

Digital Shelf & Content Management
Lead the creation, optimisation, and ongoing management of product content across retailer websites and marketplaces.
Ensure product pages are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
Monitor content performance and implement continuous improvements to drive discoverability and conversion.
Coordinate content updates, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
