As an IT Manager, you will lead the vision and architecture for the deployment, automation, and management of our cloud application portfolio. You partner closely with platform engineering teams, infrastructure architects, product owners, and key stakeholders to design and continuously enhance efficient CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices. You also lead and develop the DevOps team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. By setting clear objectives and aligning team efforts with organizational goals, you drive delivery excellence, improve operational efficiency, and ensure consistent, high‐quality outcomes across the application lifecycle.

Lead a general team of fifteen DevOps engineers distributed over different geographies towards the success of various initiatives.
Develop and implement the DevOps and DevSecOps strategies, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives.
Establish and maintain best practices for infrastructure automation, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and release management.
Implement a Community of Practices (CoP), evangelizing best practices in different DevOps topics such as deployment methods and branching strategies.
Drive automation initiatives to streamline operational tasks, including infrastructure provisioning, release notes, configuration management, and deployment processes.
Implement and ensure DevOps metrics are met.
Ensure DevOps guidelines are up-to-date.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. Proactively propose and implement innovative solutions to optimize software delivery and deployment.
Participate in recruitment of IT support personnel.
