We are looking for a Sales Operations & Commercial Excellence Specialist to help drive commercial growth across Cellnex's Vertical Solutions business in Europe.
Working at the intersection of sales, business development and commercial performance, you will partner with teams across multiple countries to enhance pipeline management, improve sales execution and support the development of strategic business opportunities.
This highly visible role offers the opportunity to collaborate with international stakeholders, influence commercial decision-making and contribute directly to the growth of one of Europe's leading digital infrastructure companies.

Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Maintain and update a structured pipeline of Vertical Solutions opportunities across countries.
Monitor opportunity status and ensure timely follow-up on key commercial actions.
Prepare pipeline reports and performance insights.
Identify pipeline trends, risks,



and opportunities to improve commercial performance.

Act as main operational contact for country sales teams on Vertical Solutions opportunities.
Business Plan Monitoring
Monitor execution of the Vertical Solutions business plan against defined KPIs, including pipeline growth, revenue, conversion rates, and strategic initiatives.
Identify execution gaps, commercial risks, and areas requiring management attention.
Support the implementation of corrective actions to improve business performance.

Organize and coordinate regular pipeline reviews, sales performance meetings, and business governance forums.
Ensure country teams use approved sales collateral, value propositions, and messaging.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial tools, processes, and sales materials.

University’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
