Support the Construction Manager in the management and coordination of all parties involved in the project during the construction phase, specifically regarding installations




Responsible for managing and coordinating the parties involved in the construction (contractor(s) and project management team) in activities related to their specialty
Responsible for monitoring and controlling activities related to their specialty in terms of contractual compliance, timelines, quality (through the project management team), and safety (through the Health & Safety Coordinator)
Responsible for coordinating (supporting the Commissioning Manager) the commissioning activities related to their specialty
University degree in Mechanical, MEP, Construction Management or a related field
Several years of experience as a MEP Manager for major construction projects; Experiences in Data Centre Construction projects preferred
Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations
Strong and professional communication skills, with great organization skills, ability to multi-task
