SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL Sevilla Hybrid Permanent contract ROLE CONTEXT As part of our Legal Department, you will contribute to the continued expansion and development of our international operations across more than 15 countries. You will work in collaboration with experts from different disciplines, providing your technical expertise in projects with a high level of responsibility. Law Degree (LL.8-10 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, preferably gained at a leading law firm and/or an international company.
~ English level: Corporate governance and company law matters.
~ Commercial contracting.
~ Supporting and coordinating legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. Provide ongoing legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters.
~ Participate in corporate restructurings and group reorganization projects.
~ Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements.




~ Coordinate with external legal advisors and provide legal support to different business areas across the Group.
