Workforce planning; Performance management; Acting as trusted advisor and key point of contact for all people-related matters, you will develop strong partnerships with eDO leaders within your assigned business areas, proactively guiding and supporting their understanding and implementation of People Team strategies and initiatives through the application of critical thinking to assess needs and recommend appropriate actions.
2 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong track record of partnering with HR centers of expertise (People Expertise Areas)
~ Skilled in conflict resolution and driving change management initiatives
~ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into impact
