The Accountant at Soho House Barcelona will oversee the financial planning, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations of the property. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring budgets, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
Reconciling incoming payments and ensuring accurate allocation of cash

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, ideally within hospitality, retail,



or a fast-paced business environment.

~ Good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), cash management, reconciliations, and VAT accounting.

~ Experience with invoicing, payment reconciliation, and balance sheet account reconciliations.

~ Working knowledge of Spanish VAT regulations and SII reporting requirements.

~ Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting/ERP systems.

~ Fluent Spanish and good working knowledge of English.
