You will be responsible for recruitment and sourcing. If you have recruitment experience, speak English, Spanish & Italian, then you're invited to apply Responsible for end-to-end recruitments in Spain and Italy, as part of the European Talent Acquisition team
Recruit with "Avature", our innovative ATS
Set up an efficient recruitment strategy
Job advertisement: jobads, jobboards, Linkedin & other social media
Participating in recruitment interviews and coordination of the different stages of the process
Internal & external TA communication, including promoting internal recruitment
Participate in training & development process
Employer branding activities, to support the METTLER TOLEDO brand
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition / recruitment; agency experience preferred
Fluent English, Spanish & Italian (both written & spoken)
Discrete, as you will be working with HR data




Indefinite contract and interesting social benefits package (meal voucher, health insurance, nursery voucher and pension plan)
Adaptable check-in/check-out times from Monday to Thursday.
Fridays all year round, summer months and the eve of holidays, working hours until 3 pm
Home Office optional: 2 days a week.
