Factorial is seeking a Product Onboarding Team Lead on site for the Italian market to drive onboarding excellence and scale our CX capabilities. You will lead and grow a high-performing team, shaping the onboarding experience for B2B SaaS customers and contributing to company culture.
You will manage 6-7 onboarding specialists, focus on retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and outcomes for clients located in Italy and beyond.
