Overview
In this role you support structured trade receivables initiatives within Santander CIB, structuring and executing cross-border receivables deals to diversify and manage risk. You will work with a integral team to originate opportunities, coordinate risk approvals, and negotiate documentation with brokers and insurers. You'll contribute to new product development and strategic projects with private equity, driving execution of complex transactions. Responsabilidades Structure and execute structured trade receivables deals across geographies
Assist in origination of structured trade receivables transactions in multiple countries
Support risk department approvals and negotiate legal documents with stakeholders




Coordinate with brokers and insurance companies on deal terms
Develop new products within the trade receivables franchise in a fast-paced environment
Manage dialogue with Private Equity firms and own origination, structuring and execution of transactions for strategic projects
Requisitos principales 3+ years in trade receivables portfolio analysis
Experience in the insurance industry and credit underwriting
Solid track record in structuring trade receivables transactions (investment banking background)
Education in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
Spanish and English proficiency; third language valued
Knowledge of trade receivables products, IFRS/US GAAP, securitization documentation
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (cash flow, data analysis)
Familiarity with applicable regulatory framework
