Overview In this role you will drive new business in the Korean market for a leading international B2B SaaS company. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, present compelling software solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. The position supports the company's international expansion with a strong focus on new-logo acquisition and scalable growth. hybrid working model: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote

Responsabilidades Identify and prospect new customers across the Korean market
Conduct discovery calls, commercial presentations and software demonstrations
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation and closing
Manage RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and tenders when required




Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, Project Management, R&D; and other internal teams
Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management and forecasting
Work towards clearly defined sales KPIs and revenue targets
Requisitos principales Native/C1 level Korean
Full professional proficiency in English
Minimum B1 Spanish
Bachelor's degree or equivalent university education
2–8 years of professional sales experience, ideally within B2B
Experience managing or contributing to a full sales cycle
Previous SaaS or software sales experience is highly valued
