In this role, you will support Autodesk customers across AEC and D&M; sectors, managing a mixed portfolio of Territory, Regional, and selected Enterprise accounts. You’ll drive adoption and usage through digital-first, scalable engagement while focusing on high-value and high-risk accounts to improve retention and outcomes. You will build strategic customer success plans, collaborate across Sales, Channel, and Support, and translate processes into adoption strategies that unlock value at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Engage customers through digital-first, scalable models (1:many)
- Manage a hybrid portfolio of Territory, Regional, and selected Enterprise accounts
- Guide onboarding and adoption strategies across AEC and D&M; workflows
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders in high-value accounts




- Prioritize activities based on account health, risk, and impact
- Execute targeted actions for high-risk accounts using data-driven insights
- Drive uplift in product assignment and usage across the portfolio
- Create and execute customer success plans using usage data and business insights
- Apply consultative approach to improve adoption in AEC and D&M; workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, and Support
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience at scale

Requisitos principales
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting
- Experience managing portfolios with mixed customer segments (scaled and higher-value)
- Background in Engineering, Architecture, Manufacturing, or related technical fields
- Ability to analyze customer processes in AEC and/or D&M; and translate into adoption strategies
- Hybrid knowledge across AEC and/or D&M; industries
