You'll be the architect of our long-term demand forecast for our Europe regions, partnering closely with our sales team to challenge assumptions and build robust projections. it's about leading our S&OP; demand review process and seamlessly integrating executive-defined constraints to achieve optimal inventory levels and outstanding OTIF results.




Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with diverse teams across regional sales and global supply chain. While you'll report to a integral manager, you'll operate with significant autonomy, driving the European demand planning strategy. Review and articulate historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and prepare forecast data and monthly demand review.
Interact with sales, supply chain, and product management teams to understand demand forecast drivers.
Develop, maintain, and evaluate metrics, dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accuracy and optimal results
