Your role and responsibilities :
We are seeking a talented Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Analyst Intern to support market benchmarking, competitive analysis, and business intelligence initiatives. This role combines research expertise, data analytics, and strategic thinking to drive market-informed decision-making across the
organization.

This role is contributing to the Motion Business High Power Division, Bangalore, India, Spain, Poland, Italy and Finland.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Develop and maintain competitor tools and frameworks for comprehensive market benchmarking.
- Lead market research projects and contribute to competitive intelligence initiatives that inform business strategy.
- Design and implement competitor newsletters to support ongoing market monitoring and stakeholder awareness .
- Update and maintain product release roadmaps in alignment with Business Line priorities and evolving market trends.
- Collect, consolidate, and visualize market data through development of dashboards and analytics tools.
- Support the creation and management of a centralized repository for business intelligence and market insights across Division teams.
Qualifications for the role:
- Pursuing MBA (2027 Pass out) or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Strategy, Market Research, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writ
