In this role you lead a global 8-person Enablement team to align GTM efforts with EcoVadis’ sustainability mission, driving higher seller productivity, enhanced leadership, and measurable revenue impact. You’ll shape an AI-enabled Enablement agenda at scale, coordinating with senior GTM leaders to deliver high-impact programs. The role centers on translating strategy into performance, with a strong focus on coaching, accountability, and business outcomes. Responsabilidades
- Set and drive a global Enablement vision and lead a team across Enablement Business Partnering, Program Development,



Operations, and AI
- Partner with senior GTM leadership to align Enablement with global business outcomes
- Build and scale programs to boost seller productivity, manager effectiveness, and GTM execution
- Define and execute a high-impact enablement roadmap prioritizing performance needs
- Foster a high-performing culture through coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Oversee onboarding and leadership development within the global program portfolio
- Define success metrics linking enablement to measurable revenue outcomes
- Drive AI transformation with AI-powered coaching, call analysis, and automated workflows

Requisitos principales
- 10+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales/CS Enablement or related function with proven team leadership (5+ years)
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary teams of similar size and scope
- Track record partnering with and influencing senior commer
