As a Full-stack Engineer in Product Engineering - Marketplace, you will help Treatwell be discovered, understood and chosen across 13 markets. You’ll work across growth and marketing initiatives, building foundations, improving discoverability, and delivering customer-facing improvements. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance speed and quality, shaping products that drive bookings. This role offers impact across searchability, experimentation, and conversion, with a strong DevOps and product-minded focus.

Responsabilidades
- Build and evolve technical foundations that support customer acquisition, activation and retention




- Improve discoverability for search engines and users without becoming a pure SEO role
- Instrument work and support experimentation frameworks to validate ideas with data
- Ship user-facing improvements to landing pages, discovery journeys and conversion flows from concept to production
- Own services end-to-end—from architecture and database to UI and deployment
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate growth opportunities into engineering work while maintaining quality
- Maintain platform quality with a DevOps mindset across development and deployment
