In this role you will own the creative vision for a brand-new Merge 2 title, shaping its core loop, progression, and meta-game. You will guide the team from concept to soft launch and live operations, balancing economy mechanics and monetization to sustain long-term player engagement. You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and art, driving cross-functional design initiatives in a fast-paced studio. This is a high-impact, leadership position at a world-renowned game studio with a strong focus on player-centric design and growth.

Responsabilidades
- Own the game's vision and align it with product goals for team-wide buy-in




- Lead ideation and translate player motivations into UX stories, wireframes, and feature design
- Mentor and grow a designers team with clear goals and execution standards
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and art to guide features from concept to implementation
- Improve design tools and processes to boost pipeline efficiency
- Use live feedback and analytics to refine systems, balance economy, and promote design best practices

Requisitos principales
- Effective communicator with strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong mathematical proficiency and ability to create xqbhyrx formulas within a game context
- Proven track record designing systems that influence player behavior and achieve product KPIs
