Overview
In this role you will manage a portfolio of strategic national and regional retail customers, driving growth across beauty, health, and mass-market channels. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop account plans and expand product offerings for brands like Compeed, Relec, Inibsa, Farmatint, and Paranix. You will build strong partnerships, negotiate favorable terms, and oversee contract renewals to support sustainable sales growth. You will analyze performance data and market trends to spot opportunities and optimize strategies. This role offers the chance to shape category development in a dynamic FMCG setting.
Responsabilidades Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts
Create account plans to achieve revenue targets
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts
Monitor metrics and drive client retention and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, customer service)
Contribute to sales forecasts,



budgets, and strategic plans
Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals/modifications
Prepare regular account status reports and analyze data for insights
Requisitos principales Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
2-3 years of proven Key Account Manager experience in FMCG/consumer healthcare/beauty/retail
Strong track record in managing key retail accounts and delivering growth
Experience in category management, promotional planning, and customer business planning
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages considered
